I have your recipe for turkey taco salad. I have a child that is gluten, dairy, soy, corn and rice intolerant. She is also allergic to grains. Can you give me some direction on how I would alter these recipes to fit her needs. I am really having a rough time with changing things up for her.

    Thanks,

    • The turkey meat and spices (use gluten/soy-free spices) themselves would be fine and then you could just leave off cheese and sour cream and use salsa and guacamole as your toppings over the lettuce. If there is something you have at home that is crunchy like a cracker she can have then you could just crumble that up on top instead of corn chips.
