Be Picky When Choosing Soy Sauce

Unfortunately most soy sauces out there are not healthy for you and you want to be picky when choosing your soy sauce.  Almost all store bought and often restaurant soy sauces are pasteurized and full of chemicals, carcinogens and MSG.  The healthiest option is fermented properly and unpasteurized like this shoyu found on Amazon:
